What time can I check in and out?
Check in time is from 2pm

Can I have a late check out?
Late check out is subject to availability – this can be arranged through reception the night before your departure- from 11am charges will apply and after midday a full nights tariff will be payable direct to the Resort.
How do I make a reservation?
For the best rates, always book on line at www.chevrontowers.com.au or call the resort on (07) 5584 8100 – rates quoted direct will be the same as on line
I made a reservation however now the rates are cheaper?
The Towers of Chevron Renaissance adapt a dynamic pricing structure, all rates are updated daily. If you find your rate has decreased and payment has been made within our booking payment terms and conditions we are unable to amend or change this for you.
Payment
At time of booking, a $200 deposit will be required. All accommodation is pre paid for 14 days prior to arrival, via credit card that is provided at the time of booking. If other methods of payment are required please contact the resort for this information.
Is it safe to provide my Credit Card details?
During the booking process there are cases when you should give your credit card data. Our company uses the most modern decoding techniques (SSL) so your data is secured within our internal system. The hotels ask credit card information as a guarantee for the room.
Why will my credit card be charged before I arrive?
At time of booking, a $200 deposit will be required. All accommodation is pre paid 14 days prior to arrival – see payment heading- this also will stream line the check in process for you making it quicker for you to start your holiday.
What if I arrive late and reception is closed?
If you will be arriving late to the resort, you will need assistance from our after hours check in service. Located out the front of the Central Tower (main reception/lobby) you will find an intercom and sign for late arrivals, please push this button for assistance. Our dedicated answering team will direct you to where your room keys will be located for you to gain access to your allocated room booked.
Is the prices listed on line based on per guest or per room?
All rates listed for The Towers of Chevron Renaissance are based on per room only not exceeding the maximum number of guest.
Is parking available?
The Towers of Chevron Renaissance offer all guest complimentary parking – however please be aware that we do not allow any trailers, boats, jet skis or any other forms of attachment to your standard vehicle. We also offer parking free of charge for all in house guest visitors the maximum height is 2.1 meters.
I have booked two rooms can I have them interconnecting or on the same floor?
The Towers of Chevron Renaissance do not offer interconnecting rooms, however you can request to be close to each other but please be aware this is only on a request basis as we do not manage all apartments in the resort.
I have friends on another floor and want to access their level?
Here at the Towers of Chevron Renaissance we take great pride in proving a safe and secure environment for all our guests, residents and staff. Unfortunately you will not be able to access other levels of the resort that you have not been allocated to.
This is done for your own safety…
I have arrived and I did not get what I requested?
Whilst every attempt is made by our dedicated reservation staff to allocate everyone’s requests, you would have been allocated provided with the best room available on the day, regardless of the time frame booked.
Cancellation policy of the Towers Of Chevron Renaissance?
At time of booking, a $200 deposit will be required.
As all accommodation is pre paid 14 days prior to arrival, cancellation charges do apply once full payment has been taken.
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival, loss of $200 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than $200
- Between 14 days and 72 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, 50% of total booking value.
- Within 72 hours of standard check in time, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
I want to change the bedding configuration in my apartment booked?
Unfortunately all bedding configurations in the Resort can not be changed. We can add an additional bed if the maximum number of people has not been met.
Will my room be serviced?
Your apartment will be serviced if your stay is longer than 8 nights, all shorter stays will not receive a service, however this can be arranged through reception for a service fee if you require this for your stay.
I need more amenities/towels?
All amenities can be purchased though reception on depletion of your supplied pack, if you have not brought your own. Charges do apply
What do I need to bring?
All that we suggest you bring is your Beach Towels, sunscreen and hat.
Upgrade options?
On arrival you may decide to change your mind to what you have originally booked, we are more than happy to assist you with upgrades subject to availability. Charges will apply.
I have called the Resort and you don’t have my reservation?
Unfortunately not all reservations are held by on site Management, some people book private apartments thinking they have booked direct with the resort. Please be aware of this operation as you as the guest can be at a disadvantage.
What Credit Cards do Chevron Towers Accept?
We accept all Major Credit Cards; unfortunately we do not accept Diners Card
Are there any Charges for Additional Guests?
Unless specified all rates are based on the following number of guest per apartment
- 1-2 guests in a 1 bedroom apartment
- 1-4 guests in a 2 bedroom apartment
- 1-6 guests in a 3 bedroom apartment
How far is The Towers of Chevron Renaissance from the Airport?
The Gold Coast Domestic/ International airport, is located 27 kms South of Surfers Paradise
Brisbane Domestic and International terminals are located one hour’s drive North of Surfers Paradise
Are pets welcome at The Towers of Chevron Renaissance?
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, our properties have a strict "No Pet" policy other than registered guide-dogs.
Does The Towers of Chevron Renaissance have Luggage storage facilities?
After checking with our reception team, we will store your luggage for you until your room is available.
If you are checking out, you may also store your luggage with our Reception for the day
Please be advised this service is only for guest that have booked with the resort we can not hold /store private apartment belongings
Can I smoke in the Apartment that I have booked?
Chevron Towers had a strict NON SMOKING POLICY; all guests must smoke on their balcony.
