REQUEST POLICY
Dear Guests, although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested – subject to availability and an additional cost. Guest wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 per room must be received immediately by credit card to confirm the booking. If your total reservation amount is less than $200, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will indicate acceptance of these booking terms and conditions.
Cancellation terms and charges
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival, loss of $200 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than $200
- Between 14 days and 72 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, 50% of total booking value.
- Within 72 hours of standard check in time, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
**NOTE: SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from 21 Nov 10 - 12 Dec 10 as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual "Schoolies" event. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in 'Schoolies' they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given.
NB ** Chevron Towers use a dynamic pricing structure so accommodation charges change daily** If you find a rate cheaper than previously booked we unfortunately can not amend these changes.
