A $200 non refundable deposit is required at time of booking and balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
DYNAMIC RATE PRICING
Freshwater Point Resort uses a dynamic pricing structure, so accommodation charges change daily** If you find a rate cheaper than previously booked we unfortunately are unable to amend these changes.
CHILD POLICY
0-2 yrs FOC (free of charge)using existing bedding (rollaway/sofa is NOT existing bedding) Cot Hire available at an additional charge. Must pre advise resort prior to arrival.
3-14 yrs Adult Rate applies
REQUEST POLICY
Dear Guests, although every effort will be made to satisfy any specific requests, we cannot guarantee them. Should you consider the apartment you have booked not suitable, upgrades or relocations can be requested – subject to availability and at an additional cost. Guest wishing to change rooms after check-in will incur a cleaning fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Notice of Cancellation of up to 14 days prior to arrival - no charges apply
- Between 14 days and 7 days of arrival, deposit and a $50 administration fee is charged
- Within 7 days prior to arrival - nil refund- or in the event of a no-show.
SCHOOL LEAVERS
We reserve the right to reject bookings from School Leavers and/or University Leavers from 19 Nov 10 – 05 Dec 10 as we do not have policies, procedures or resources to meet the unique needs of those attending the annual "Schoolies" event. If on check in persons travelling are found to be participating in 'Schoolies' they will NOT be checked in and no refunds will be given.
